« There was glasses or water jeg kept. Tv table dusty. Patio furnitures are old and not clean. There was no facility to keep our bags and no hangers. Laundry bag not kept. Shower knob was very hard to turn. Sofa was torn in couple of places. No cleaning clothes kept in kitchen. These are small but matters. Otherwise stay was good. »

« When I parked and pulled in, went to the counter met the guy behind the counter by the door, asking what I was here for I was kind of rude. Did not feel like it was very welcome at the time. A hotel room was very nice. Look like it’s been remodeled. Everything was good from now on out didn’t tell me what time breakfast was or anything of that kind. I had to come down to find out which opened up at 5am. Had to put $100 deposit which I don’t understand why I had to do that makes no sense since the...

« It is fairly close to the main downtown street area with shops, restaurants, bath houses. A fair budget price for a budget motel. »

« Breakfast options were minimal. If staying on the second floor, be prepared to walk stairs. Room was clean overall. Beds were decent. »

« The room was very clean. When we arrived there was a basket with snacks and water bottles. The coffee area had a couple of muffins which was a nice treat. Check in is all electric which is very easy to navigate through. No front desk staff on property. The one staff member I meet in the morning was very friendly and helpful. The location is on the same street as the Hot Spring National Park about a mile in 1/2 down the road. We would stay here again. »

« Booked a corner room using expedia, when we checked in the corner room was no longer available. The front desk staff did not know what happened! I KNOW WHAT HAPPENED! I worked the front desk at a large hotel while in college. »

« Beautiful historic hotel. It was our first trip to Hot Springs. Perfect way to take in old timey bathouse vibes. Felt old, classic, and well cared for. The street was busy but the hotel was quiet. We loved the rooftop restaurant. Great view. Would stay again! »
