« It was just what I needed but I was blown away with the comfort of the bed, pillows and super clean. Will be back and hopefully can use outdoor area. Coffee in the lobby nice and quiet although on street side. Will be back!!! »

« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »

« We checked in and went up to our room and noticed room was warm. We turned the AC down in the room and went to bed. We got warm through the night and I’d end up opening a window. My Husband went down with the front desk following morning and they ended up telling him that the AC was out. That was not told to us upon check-in. They told us we could open up a window and that would cool the room off. Remind you, we are in downtown Kansas City, where there are sirens, loud noises, etc. The first...

« The gym was small but had good equipment. The parking was an issue -charged to park but all the spots were filled - we asked about the parking and night staff was rude. They apparently have off site parking available on weekends that you have to walk from- but we were not informed at check in. But otherwise people were nice. »
