"They over sold the property due to a large concert within walking distance. My family tried to check in 3 different times, and each time told almost ready almost ready. We checked our bags in and went to get lunch, still not ready when we got back. We got our luggage so we could change for the concert. ..."

"The rooms are very spacious. Gives an apartment type of feel. The price is good for what you are getting. The location is good. When my family and myself have to go to Spokane. We always try to book here before anywhere else."

Sunset Ridge, Near Downtown, Hot tub, Outdoor Living, all with Panoramic View,
"You’re not getting the entire home. It is part of a larger home with the entrance being a side door. And the hot tub is not private. It is very much open to the backyard of the main house. With that being said, it seems to be in a very nice little neighborhood and is a good price."
