« Situé en bordure d'autoroute. Pas de commerces ni activités a proximité. Personnel vraiment très serviable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Piscine correcte sans plus (propreté). Chambres (trop) petites mais disposant de réfrigérateurs (un peu bruyant dans la notre). Parking gratuit devant les chambres au Rdc (motel). Petit soucis de nettoyage dans notre chambre à l'arrivée (gâteau visiblement en train de pourrir sous un meuble depuis un certain temps) mais personnel serviable. Hotel à...

« L'hôtel dessert principalement une clientèle noire. Lors de notre passage, un incident dans la chambre en face de la nôtre a nécessité la venue de 4 voitures de police, 2 camions d'incendie et une ambulance. Il était 1h du matin. Avec tout le grabuge, nous nous sommes rendormis vers 2h30. Nous nous comptions chanceux de n'avoir pas entendu de coups de feu! »

« Overall stay was ok, but perfectible. When I arrived to the room, the toilet seat was not clean, I cleaned it myself. Outside of this, the room was clean. The overall room equipment is good, but the mechanical ventilation system is very very noisy. And you can't stop it as you can with the air conditioning system. The reception staff and the breakfast staff were very nice and helpful. I have asked during my stay for a room cleanup, but when I came back in the evening, someone put a "Do not...

« It’s now my third time there. Staff as always is friendly and helpful. Rooms and breakfast are perfect. The location is strategic in Charlotte. Great stay. If you are a international traveler beware your Visa might not work for the 25$ security deposit (no idea why but it happen to me every time I stayed there) but don’t worry this won’t stop you to get a great night of sleep! »

« It was amazing the staff was wonderful. We were having a staycation getting away from our four kids for the night, one of which is special Needs and is 24/7 care. We told the front desk that, and they brought treats to our room. Just the extra touch made us book another stay. »
