„Travel to this location was challenging at night. The house itself is very rustic with steep stairs up to the upstairs bedrooms that could be challenging for seniors. The top of the stairs is a safety issue. The cleaning was adequate. The farm abimals nearby were fun to watch.“

„Overall it was great and perfect for my kids, only request I would suggest is darker curtain or blinds because sun comes thru early. I definitely recommend this place and its location was perfect for us.“

„This was a wonderful cottage, with every amenity you could possibly need. We contacted the owner early one morning when we couldn’t figure out the thermostat and she replied immediately. The location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit. There was even a free concert in the nearby park on Wednesday night.“

„The property was very nice, It was just the right size for five adults to stay two nights. We were visiting family nearby and it was easy to travel into Warren for activities and shopping. We plan on returning someday for another visit, thanks.“

„Host is extremely polite and willing to help with anything.“

„Close to everything you need for a relaxing, lake vacation. We enjoyed renting a boat for the day at Bemus Bay water toys, eating at Splash and Elicotville brewing, and ice cream at the market. Playgrounds at the park and at the town school were a favorite for the kids.“
