We appreciate your response! But sorry you have booked king size room for 2 people & u have 3 person and you need 3 beds in one room. we have just one king size bed in single rooms.

Dear Gavin ! 1st thing is We not allow dog in rooms and without informed us you put the dogs in our rooms. You are member of Hollifield family who's are came for family reunion each year! We didn't charge any penalty for dog ! we keep everything in rooms for the guest. We renovating our office like new paints and new floor but rooms has no any problem all rooms has new beds and all painted!

I am sorry to hear about the experience you had with the rooms. yes we have new beds in all rooms and all are 14 inch memory foam mattress. During your stay if you call manager he would be give it to you step stool.
