« I do not recommend this hotel\. We had a very disappointing experience as a family\. The breakfast was very poor quality, the American coffee was unpleasant, and the fruit was not fresh\. The management was very rude and treated both guests and employees poorly, which made our stay uncomfortable\. There are much better options in the area\. »

« Check in process was difficult. Literally no address for the office, only a photo of the place which was in a different town. No internet at the apartment. »

« We really enjoy our time in Ortisei! The listing was exactly as advertised. We even had a small issue and needed to extend the checkout time, which the hosts were gracious enough to extend us to allow for later departure! We did have to buy laundry detergent for the washer and ran low on toilet paper, but everything else was fully stocked, including the kitchen! Would love to be able to come back again and experience a winter in this magical town! »

« Wir hatten die Wohnung wegen des Gartens gewählt, da wir zwei Hunde haben. Allerdings waren diese nicht sehr vom Vermieter, der im Haus mitwohnt, erwünscht. Obwohl für jeden Hund zusätzlich nochmals 10 €/Tag fällig wurden. Dies wurde uns aber erst kurz vor der Anreise mitgeteilt. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass dies im Gesamtpreis enthalten ist, da wir die Hunde bei der Buchung mitangegeben hatten. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt leider getrübt. Wenn man eine Abneigung gegen Hunde hat, sollte man...
