„The cabin was so elegantly designed, and beautiful, including a sweet whimsy: little Starlights above the bed! Very comfortable bed, great shower, cozy and well appointed. It had a pocket meadow in front, as a shepherd's hut would, the sheep next door baaed cheerfully. Janet has the Most Beautiful Rose garden, and a lovely White garden-- best of both gardening worlds! Janet is charming and caring. It was a lovely place to stay, so close to Great Dixter Gardens! “

„A perfect weekend escape pad. Superbly cosy shepherds hut. Absolutely loved the outside kitchen
 even though it rained relentlessly on the night of our stay the kitchen and outdoor dining was such fun. Kitchen kit was plentiful and well thought out.. shame it wasn’t fire pit weather! However, we had the best time and look forward to returning before too long.. thank you for a great weekend stay.“

"Insgesamt hat das Haus einen abgewirtschafteten Eindruck gemacht. Das Personal war bemĂŒht, aber das rechtfertigt nicht den Preis. Auch das ausgeschriebene Mini-Golf gab es nicht. Der Höhepunkt war das FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Das Full-English-Breakfast war von der Menge her ĂŒberschaubar und geschmacklich fad und fett. Das Zimmer war nur halbwegs in Ordnung; insgesamt runtergekommen, in der Dusche war ein Automat, der die Temperatur des Wassers nur schlecht reguliert hat."
