„Sauberes kleines Zimmer und Bad. Praktisch und kompakt.“

„Ein wunderbar charmantes Hotel in idealer Lage. Vielleicht wäre ein bisschen mehr Liebe zum Detail angebracht, z.B. regelmäßig Duschgel auffüllen, täglich das Zimmer saugen. But all in all I had a delightful stay and will come again when visiting Scarborough. Thank you, Vicky and Steve“

„Very helpful staff as we had to check in late, easy to reach via phone as well, useful booklet in the room and more info leaflets in the communal space.“

„Compared to other hotels in Scarborough this one is a good choice. A friendly and professional welcome, a nice view, a large room. The downsides are the room is directly situated above the bar & garden which has customers drinking, laughing and yelling till midnight. Food is ok, but not great. The friendly receptionist is also a very good escalation manager and took the parking fee off the bill to make up for the noise.“

„Claire was a gracious and helpful host who really went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.“

„The rooms are clean but I do feel it does need a bit of TLC or a quick makeover. The staff were helpful however did see much of them.“

„All good. Lovely people with great breakfast choices and quality to match. Will be staying again for sure. Thanks to Dan and Daniella who go above and beyond expectations“

The radiators were covered in thick layers of dust and grime, the furniture was damaged and stained, cobwebs were hanging from the windows, the door frames were ...

„Good place to stay, we were 10 golfers and there was plenty of space and for local amenities“

„Great property for a large group of people. Good location. The owner was very helpful throughout our stay. “
