„Main issue was with Expedia, not Moxy. Expedia was unwilling to resolve a charge disptute.“

„Das Frühstücksangebot war mangelhaft. Z.T. nicht verfügbar, ausgegangen“

„I was there for my Birthday and the Hotel staff was so unfriendly Nobody answered my requested. Never ever expienved such a Bad Service from a Hilton Hotel. Worst ever“

The breakfast was complicated and the vouchers were not given to me on checkin. Also the shower was cold for the first 3 nights and i had to move room. There was no responsibility taken by management for the shower issue and i was told everything was ok. Manager was not seen at all during my stay“
