„The Downtown Hyatt in St. Paul is in the old post office and custom house building. The room we had was enormous with approximately 20 foot high ceilings. The room was very comfortable, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was excellent. They offer a free hot breakfast, which was very good. There is a bar with a limited menu, and there is valet parking. All in all my friend and I were very pleased and we would stay there again.“

„The hotel is located right across the street from the Xcel Energy Center. Ideal for anyone who visits there. Other than that, it is not a spectacular hotel. But they have a very nice rooftop bar which belongs to the pub, right next to the hotel. “

„Rooms are clean but staffing was not so great. Took a long time to check in to the point about 5 other people were behind me until after about 7 to 10 mins later another staff person showed up to help. Then the next day i went to the front desk for toilet paper and with two people in front of me it took almost 30mins no lie before i was helped. and the check in line behind me was out the door. Other than little to slow staff the hotel is nice, clean and enjoyable i would stay again! “
