Check in process was easy and convenient. Overall house was very misrepresented in photos. Upon arrival the pool was green and the marble tiles around the pool are all uneven and separated creating a very big safety risk. We called about this as soon as we arrived and it was not addressed at all our entire 4 day stay. The weeds surrounding the pool and in front yard are about knee high not allowing any outdoor activity in the yard. There is a very small turf area where the big kids could dribble the soccer ball but little kids could not be in yard because of unsafe conditions. The house was filthy. When you walked stuff stuck to your feet, and there is no vacuum provided so you can clean it up yourself. The couch is very dirty! The toilet in the master bathroom moves around when you sit on in. The towels provided are dingy dirty. The coffee pot still had old coffee in it from previous renters. The list goes on, but you get the idea. We called on arrival, and nothing was done to address the cleanliness of the rental. Overall this house has not been well kept.The house is on a corner lot making pulling in and out difficult as this is a busy intersection. There is also a crossing guard at the corner blowing a whistle loud enough to wake the house from around 0730 to 0900(on week days) so sleeping in on vacation is not really an option. Location is very good as far as getting to the beaches and public parking near the beach was easy.
