Good house, nice pool

Everything is provided to meet your needs during your stay at this solid home. The pool is nice and a real godsend during the summer’s oppressive heat. Starter supplies for laundry and kitchen are provided. Television provided YouTube TV but more importantly there was a Chromecast option which meant we could stream all of our services and project to Chromecast. Only problem we encountered was an infestation of big black ants in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Our six year old granddaughter awoke to ants crawling on her and in her bed one morning. We sprayed but we really needed a professional service. Within 40 hours, the management company had a service come and spray inside and outside the house. It seems to me that at over 400 per day with fees, etc., some form of compensation in the form of a refund would be appropriate for our troubles dealing with the ants. The only other observation was although the screened in porch was great, the cushions on the porch furniture were very dirty looking and need to be replaced.

Perfect vacation home for our family of 5!

This vacation house was exactly what we had hoped for our family vacation. The screened in porch was a favorite spot for morning coffee or to watch the kids swim while enjoying a book. The kitchen is fully stocked and the large island made for a great breakfast spot.The beds were so comfy and the kids loved the sitting room upstairs for their own hangout area.The neighborhood is quiet, bike friendly and a short drive to the beach. We absolutely loved this vacation home and look forward to staying again next year.This is our second time staying at a Lilmar managed property and they do an incredible job with communication.

We loved staying here. We only left the house once because we loved being there. The house was great and so cutely decorated and the pool and screened porch were amazing. We basically lived on the porch. Would definitely come back again. We brought our golf cart to ride around on. We cooked on the gas grill and also in the nice kitchen. It had a good supply of kitchen items so we had everything we needed. We really loved it here.

Wonderful stay on Saint Simons Island

This house and pool were perfect for our fall vacation. The house was spacious with everything we needed for the week and the heated pool was perfect, even when the temps became chilly. Our host was super responsive and took care of any needs immediately. We already look forward to visiting again!

Nice location off of Old Demere Rd. More room than we needed. Beautiful home. The spacious screened porch saved us from a mostly rainy time period! We enjoyed the porch and outdoor dining table for all our meals. Master bed mattress was uncomfortable but we survived. Pool was unusable for first several days because of poor water quality from recent weather, but management company worked diligently to correct it. We love to cook and the kitchen was nice, but there could have been more bowls and better utensils, but if you eat out, no problem! Laundry room was handy and we appreciated all the beach towels. Bikes were nice for local trails, but it is a distance from the beach. We did not see the benefit of over $600 VRBO fee for booking. Outdoor doors had black mold and management company came right over to clean it. Local management company was fabulous. We would rent again.

We loved our stay on St Simons Island. The house was perfect in every way - we loved the pool! The house is so conveniently located on the Island, and that was a big plus. We just have no complaints and were very happy with amenities, communication, the property, and everything.

Perfect Private Getaway

Our family loved the darling accommodations, the quiet private street, and the pool!!! We lived in the water. It was a short drive or bike ride to countless restaurants and shops and the house had everything you could need.

Beautiful, well equipped house with perfect private backyard pool

We had an amazing family vacation at this property! The house is modern and clean, well decorated and stocked with everything you could need. The neighborhood is quaint and a few miles from the beach or downtown, but a quick golf cart ride to everything. We loved the private pool area with lush palm trees, big well furnished screened in porch and grill. It was a huge plus to be able to heat the pool, which our kids lived in all week. The beds were very comfortable. We loved being able to use the pool toys, yard games, bikes and cooler - everything we needed! The management company is fantastic and very responsive for any needs. The only suggestion I have is that it would have been nice to have a TV in the master bedroom. This was our first trip to Saint Simons and we absolutely loved the town, restaurants and beach and can't wait to come back. We would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect!

This home is clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a great family vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, with spices, cooking spray and olive oil (thank you!) and there is plenty of seating inside and on the large screened in porch, which is where you will want to spend the majority of your time! There are tons of beach/pool towels, bath towels, blankets, linens and pillows. The beds are comfy and you can easily fit 10 people to sleep in this home. What you see in the pictures is 100% accurate! The owners also have bikes available, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The neighbors are so friendly! You will meet them on your bike ride or while taking a walk. There is a washer and dryer and even laundry detergent (who does that!?) available for your use. And then there is the pool! It's ginormous! We had a blast at Georgia on my Mind! We come to Georgia often and have stayed at many other VRBOs, this is our favorite for comfort and convenience. We will be back!

Summer fun 2023

Looks are deceiving from the street of the size of the house .i mean in a great way .when you walk in and find the open area for the kitchen,living area then master bedroom and master bath .upstairs has 2 great bedrooms.the pool is awesome. My only grip when i seen the mater was no tv in the room .ha well after the 1st night on that bed i didnt need a tv i slept like a baby .the whole family loved this house thank you so much for letting others share your space
