« Accueil montagnard pas très chaleureux (peut-être parce qu'on parlait italien...). Clientèle essentiellement germanique et nordique. L'hôtel organise les tables du petit-déjeuner et nous avons été installés loin des vitres à côté du buffet. Après réclamation, nous avons obtenu une table vue sur montagne dès le jour suivant. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le SPA a le mérite d'exister même si pas adapté à la taille de l'hôtel. Les bus ne circulent pas souvent pour rejoindre les pistes. Les...

« Nous avons adoré l’hôtel et son emplacement près de tout (Gondoles, restaurants, marchés etc) nous avons vraiment profité au maximum de l’emplacement (piscine, déjeuner, balcon) le personnel est d’u grande gentillesse (nous avons même eu la chance de rencontrer Hans the lll - propriétaire de l’hôtel et nous l’avons trouvé très gentil et intéressant. »

« The room is very clean and large, host is super nice, the hot-tub and sauna have very nice view as well. They also have a garage. Location is also quite convenient, there is a supermarket right across the street and 10 minutes drive to Ortisei. highly recommended! »

« Fin d’un trekking de 4 jours dans les dolomites et heureux de retrouver le confort d’un hôtel très agréable. Accueil super, personnel sympa et à l’écoute. Dîner et breakfast de qualité avec de nombreux produits locaux. Chambre confortable et très propre, au calme. Très bien situé dans Santa Cristina au cœur de Val Gardena. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! »

« Enjoyed this property, even with a 0.75 mile walk to get there from where the bus dropped us off, not a problem and it was near enough to restaurants, plus they serve dinner. Staff were very friendly, and they gave us Sud Triol bus passes that got us free rides in the area for 7 days, very nice! »

« The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. »

« We loved staying at the Villa Insam. It's a lovely family run place, very homely and welcoming located on the edge of a wildflower meadow. The room was spotless clean, comfortable beds and wonderful mountain views from the balcony. The breakfasts were yummy with home made products and set us for the day. Thank you :) »
