« No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. »

« When you go for breakfast the buffet is very poor quality. You feel like to disturb the waiter. Everything is slow. 20min to get 2eggs...Rooms are OK but the "restaurant", forget it. »

« The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom. »

« I dont understand why this hotel has such a bad evaluation note. It is clean, confortable and with a very kind staff. It is not a 5 stars hotel at the beach, but it gives wht it promisses. »

« Many restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel. Also a liquor store with good prices. As for the room itself, the sheets could've been cleaner. There were what looked to be cigarette burns, albeit small ones. The rest of the room was clean, including the bathroom. I'm satisfied. »

« L'hôtel semble presque neuf et il est proche du centre commercial et de nombreuses chaînes de restaurants. Hôtel presque dans l'alignement des pistes de l'aéroport donc beaucoup de nuisance sonore lors du passage des avions. »

« Very clean and located in a nice area! Pool was closed. Wish there were an indoor pool, but it’s ok! One staff member was sweet, the other wasn’t attentive, hung up on me when I had a concern. Still overall loved the hotel! »

« Overall, we found the stay enjoyable and appreciated the amenities. However, we did encounter an issue upon arrival - the toilet in our room was already plugged. The front desk attempted to plunge it for us, but unfortunately, the problem persisted. Later, another staff member assured us that maintenance would be in by 8am the next morning to resolve the issue. Despite this, no one came to fix it, and the situation remained unchanged. As a result, we had to use the only available toilets...
