« Overall, we found the stay enjoyable and appreciated the amenities. However, we did encounter an issue upon arrival - the toilet in our room was already plugged. The front desk attempted to plunge it for us, but unfortunately, the problem persisted.
Later, another staff member assured us that maintenance would be in by 8am the next morning to resolve the issue. Despite this, no one came to fix it, and the situation remained unchanged. As a result, we had to use the only available toilets...

« Very clean and located in a nice area! Pool was closed. Wish there were an indoor pool, but it’s ok! One staff member was sweet, the other wasn’t attentive, hung up on me when I had a concern. Still overall loved the hotel! »
