„Very relaxed“

„This property is a very pet friendly cottage in the woods by a stream. It was a very relaxing week away. Dana was very accommodating and a good communicator. We took advantage of all the things to do in the area, Shenandoah National Park, Shenandoah River State Park and Luray Caverns. We even took walks along the stream. We loved it!“

„First time here, staying in the lodge in a themed room with a fantastic view and wonderful sunrise. Food was excellent in the restaurant. The surprise came when we found out that a large fireworks display was being held at the lodge! We did not have to go anywhere for anything! One little complaint: we heard the people above us. Other than that, great experience!“

„When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted by the concierge whom escorted us to our room and made sure we could enter our room using our code. After we settled in we went downstairs to the restaurant and had an awesome meal with breathtaking views of the valley. I will definitely return as I have family and friends in the area and the location is perfect. “

Loved sitting outside in the morning. Would definitely stay here again- maybe at one of the cabins with our kids. “

„The drive up to the lodge was beautiful. We passed the chickens and goats on the way. The grounds are vast, creating a quiet, enchanting atmosphere. We were reserved for a 2nd floor room but requested a change to 1st floor after we arrived. The office was closed but there was an after hours number we could call. They switched our room without any problem and the staff (Tina, I think?) was so pleasant and accommodating. Our room was SPOTLESS and so well decorated, we felt like we hit the jackpot. ...

„Everything was great just had issues getting in the door (electronic locks and code was not setup)“

„No toilet paper, barely any shampoo, 2 wash cloths for a week. no one was at the desk ever to get more. Trash was left in the room from the previous visitors“
