„Seven of us stayed here for a couple of days before a backpacking trip. The house (more than a cabin) was roomy and very comfortable for all of us. The location right on the river was amazing, and we even pulled a couple of trout out of the pool right below the house. The house was clean and Jim was very helpful with questions, so the entire stay went without a hitch. Excellent!“

„The amenities were super great, but the unique personal touches to make sure you had everything needed, from cooking to laundry and showers was the best! There was even a clean high chair for our 2 year old! The games were great for family fun and everything was so beautiful! „Our family really enjoyed our stay. The check in and check out was a breeze. This is a lovely home close to all the outdoor things we love to do in the area. Kitchen is very well stocked and there was plenty of space for everyone. We have spent many years (both summers and winters) vacationing here and we would rent this house again in a heartbeat. “

„I loved the location of this cabin in the woods. I drove to Pinecrest every day, spent the day and then came back to sleep. I saw beautiful chickens and hens one day, and pheasants another day. „We rent a property at various locations in California almost each year via VRBO for our family get away. The Great Escape property was beautiful, roomy which made it perfect for our family, so we really enjoyed our stay. „This cabin was perfect for our family! Spacious, clean, everything worked and was accurate to the description on VRBO. We really appreciated the decorations (80's retro), the huge deck, the covered parking and the comfy living room/den area that accommodated 4 adults easily and comfortably. Also it was super handy to be right down the hill from the store and restaurants. Do highly recommend! “

" Wir haben uns in dieser (riesigen) Lodge sehr wohl gefühlt!! Unser Zweibettzimmer mit Balkon war sehr sauber und geräumig, das Bad modern und die Dusche ziemlich groß, herrlich! Leider haben wir auch hier (wie so oft in den USA) in der Dusche eine Handbrause vermisst! Auf dem gesamten Gelände wird sehr viel geboten, es gibt einen tollen großen Außen- Pool, einen Whirlpool nebenan, unzählige Spielmöglichkeiten im Freien, wie Boule bzw. Boccia, das Spiel „Vier gewinnt“, verschiedene Rutschen usw. Ein separates Gebäude mit Aufenthaltsraum (mit offenem Kamin) für die Gäste, ein Restaurant, ein großes Spielzimmer (Klettern, Kicker und Shuffleboard spielen möglich). Ganz toll fanden wir auch die „S’mores“ (jeden Abend!) am Lagerfeuer! Die Graham Cracker, Marshmallows und Schokolade, sowie Teleskop-Gabeln zum Aufstecken der Marshmallows, konnte man sich kostenfrei holen. Wir hatten leider nur zwei Übernachtungen, wären gerne viel länger geblieben!! Diese Lodge ist ideal für Familien. Wir werden sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen :)"
