« Beautiful property with easy access to trails at the national park. The hot tub was perfect and the property was very clean and well appointed. The only thing i could suggest is covering the firewood. We were looking forward to the firepit, but it rained the night we arrived and we couldn't use the wood for the rest of the trip. But that was a very minor inconvenience and there was plenty to do outside of having a campfire. Would recommend to family and would stay again! »

« My dog and I had such a good time relaxing at this mountain retreat! The drive up was beautiful and the property manager was excellent at communicating and checking in. The house manual is very in depth and helpful. There are a few other cabins near by but often its hard to tell. Sitting on the deck or screened in porch with a coffee and a book was my favorite activity. « Had a wonderful stay at the Walden. Found the cabin to be neat and clean. Check in process was simple with lock box and code provided just prior to arrival. The location feels secluded although there are neighbors you can’t see them and rarely hear them. The private spot on the river is perfect for fishing, floating and wading. Can’t wait to go back. »

« My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Green River Home. Great cozy getaway cabin, driving distance or brief hike away from the river. Very quiet and tucked into a forested ridge with a nice small campfire spot. Everything was as listed and there was a detailed booklet telling everything about the cabin and local area. »

« Everything was pretty much exactly what we expected. No major issues with the cabin, nice views, quiet location & dog friendly (huge plus!)It was the perfect size, they had plenty of dishes in the kitchen & some seasonings to use. A few pans looked like they weren’t cleaned all the way but we just rewashed them before use, no big deal. Huge dvd selection was awesome! Water pressure in the shower was nice & bed was comfortable. The only thing that could have used some improvement was the lighting...

« We loved our stay here. The view of the mountains is stunning, the house was comfortable and well furnished, and Miguel was very responsive to any questions. It’s only a short drive to Woodstock where you can get good food/coffee/etc. and near a lot of great parks and hikes. I’m sure it would be gorgeous in the fall or winter and we would definitely come back to this property. The driveway is steep so a larger car is helpful but if you drive slowly most vehicles would likely be fine. The kitchen...

« This was a perfect place to getaway for my husband, mutt Rocky and me. Isolated enough so the only sounds we heard were from nature, but an easy trip to pick up any supplies you might need. I loved that the huge deck facing the mountains was deep enough that when there was rain we were able to sit outside without getting wet and enjoy the storm. I also had the lovely experience of hummingbirds visiting me while sitting out on the deck enjoying morning coffee. Read the guest book when you arrive....
