"I absolutely do not recommend the place. I booked it as a hotel room which ended up to be a air B&B. This is Expedia’s fault which list this place as a hotel. The outside, hallways and surround the room area was extremely dirty and unbelievable. Inside the room was just ok. Beside the whole family had just 1 key and card which could not get to the facility and room. There was no customer service. Towels and bathroom smelled like a mold. The breakfast was like going to outside and the other side...

"I got there at 1:30pm and door was locked no way of getting into a locked gate I was under the impression it was a hotel, got in lucky cause someone was leaving to find out I have to pay €0.20 to use the elevator to get the the suites(gramsci) the bed was extremely hard to sleep on also mosquito infested screen on balcony is torn allowing ton of them to bite us!! Honestly horrible! At least give the ppl staying there some bug repellent at bare minimum "

La posizione è comoda, la struttura pulita e accogliente, ma ciò che ha fatto davvero la differenza è stata l’attenzione dell’host, Paolo, sempre disponibile e pronto a risolvere con tempestività qualsiasi piccolo problema si presentasse nella stanza. Un altro punto forte è stata la colazione presso il Waikiki Bar: ricca, varia e di ottima qualità, perfetta per iniziare la giornata con il sorriso....
