Hosts were great to communicate with and even checked in on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. We are looking forward to our next stay with them. »

« I booked this room based on view and free airport shuttle service. Room was nice and clean but host refused to honor the free airport shuttle saying they no longer offer that service. She refused to honor it nor give any compensation. Five days later VBRO has still not heard a response from her so they are escalating the complaint. Nice view but I wouldn’t stay in this part of town again, very few restaurants and sketchy neighborhoods along with the apartment being 13 floors above street level...

« Everything about the apartment was great.The location was fab - close to the metro station, the neighbourhood felt safe and there were lots of shops close by.The apartment was spotless - we have never stayed anywhere so clean and had all the amenities needed. The host was just lovely - we met him at check in and he showed us around the apartment.
