„I will never stay here again. We arrived AFTER CHECK IN and was told our room wasn’t ready.. ok no biggy I guess. TWO HOURS LATER, was told they found us a room and said some boxers came in and wanted rooms and basically gave mine away! ALLLL NIGHT and when I mean ALL night I mean it, it sounded like a wrestling match all around us! I called and went down there and kept being told “I’ll talk to them”… I almost did my self! Finally got to sleep after 1am! Woke up at 7 to get breakfast at 730 ...

„Everything was great the only complaint I have is keep more toilet paper stocked in the rooms. Only the roll on the dispenser when we got there and it was a halfsie. Other than that it was great! Second time staying there too :)“

„Everything was great except there are 2 hotels with the same name except North or South. Be careful when you put in your GPS to enter the one you are booked into. We ended up at the wrong one at midnight and had a hard time finding the correct one.“

„I was no notified till day of arrival that they could not honor my reservation due to overbooking. They without contacting me made a reservation at a staybridge suites and sent me a message online. I am a Hilton Honors member who was using a 3 pm check out perk due to a lunch meeting. The hotel they referred me too had 1 pm latest checkout. The only good Thing I can say is the unit was spacious. The curtains were wrinkled, towels were uber thin , holes in curtain liner to keep light out ...

„This is a brand new hotel. They have some starting minor problems and improving every day. We had a room with two beds and kitchen. Perfect for the four of us. Some hooks for the towels in the bathroom would be perfect and a hook at the door for a jacket. We used the grill a lot and you can get the supplies you need at the reception. The staff is more than friendly and they are open for comments and advices to improve.“
