Das Zimmer war groß genug, leider kleiner Teil in Badezimmer war gebrochen und wenn man badet, fließt das Wasser irgendwie durch Loch des Boden. Außerdem war sehr angenehm und warm.

Overall it was a lovely stay and we enjoyed the breakfast. the bar in the 8th floor is very nice. Only one day they forgot to remove the trash and refill the kleenex. They immediately addressed this after a call but after a long day outside and considering the price of the room, it was not ideal.

It was all fine, just following items to remark: - The bathroom was a bit outdated but okay. The shower in the bathtub worked well. It was in an alcove without a curtain, so as well okay. - There was no wardrobe but only a very small chest of drawers. Our room was on fifth floor with a view of the park, away from the railway tracks.

Leider entsprachen die Leistungen nicht denen wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Der Wellnessbereich, weswegen wir dieses Hotel buchten, war zuzahlungspflichtig. Unser Zimmer war zwar nett eingerichtet, aber sehr dunkel und die Matratze war sehr durchgelegen. Das fanden wir unheimlich schade.

Alles in allem eine super Adresse für einen Städtetrip nach Stockholm. Das Pool am Dach ist aber ein Club für den man extra bezahlen muss. Zimmer sind von der Größe für 2 Personen ausreichend. Wir haben in dem Bett sehr gut geschlafen, obwohl es sehr weich ist. Wenn man auch hinter der geöffneten Eingangstüre den Staub einsaugen würde, hätte ich hier auch volle Sterne gegeben. Für uns war die Lage perfekt, gleich beim Bahnhof und in 30 Minuten, bei schnellem Schritt zu Fuß bei den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Super Frühstück mit sehr guter Auswahl! Leider kein deutschsprachiger Fernsehsender. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen! Preis-Leistung passt!

Zentral gelegen und eine schöne Lobby Bar. Wir waren in den Golfferien in Stockholm. Vom Clarion kommt man per Auto super zu den Golfplätzen und kann am Abend gemütlich noch einen Apero an der Bar nehmen 😉

Das Hotel liegt in bester Lage in Stockholm. Eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist jedoch nicht zu empfehlen. Das Parkhaus im Haus wird nicht vom Hotel betrieben, sodass man über das Hotel keinen Parkplatz reservieren konnte. Bei unserer Ankunft war hier kein Parkplatz mehr frei, sodass wir schon fast am Verzweifeln waren, weil wir einfach kein freies Parkhaus finden konnten. Ansonsten ist die Lage für einen Städtetrip wirklich toll. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch die Reinigungsmitarbeiter, die wir an zwei Tagen trafen, waren total nett und haben sich mit uns unterhalten. Unsere Zimmer waren groß und im Badezimmer gab es Hygieneartikel von Rituals. Das Frühstücksbüffett war bombastisch. Es gab alles, was das Herz begehrte und davon reichlich. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel wirklich weiter empfehlen, ich würde hier jederzeit wieder herkommen.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer war zwar klein und durch die Bauart des Gebäudes extrem dunkel. Das Badezimmer war dafür vergleichsweise groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte einmal erst gegen 17.00 Uhr. Das war nicht optimal. Das Hotelpersonal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit (vor allem Linnea). Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend bestückt, es wurde ständig nachgefüllt. Teller und Gläser waren sauber. Die Tische wurden ständig abgeräumt. Es gab auch die Möglichkeit, einen Tisch für das Frühstück zu reservieren. Die Lage ist sehr gut und für Bahnhofsnähe sogar verhältnismäßig ruhig. Negativ aufgefallen ist nur die Hotelbar. Das Personal hier war unfreundlich, unwillig und auch unfähig. Da wäre noch viel Luft nach oben. Insgesamt war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt da man nicht direkt im Getümmel ist und doch nur ein paar Minuten läuft um mittendrin zu sein. Das Hotel war wirklich sehr schön und entspricht absolut den Bildern auf der Website.

Big Hotel with nice bar
The Clarion Hotel Sign is a big hotel in the center of Stockholm. The hotel has a nice big lobby bar where a lot of people hang out. This is especially nice when you like to meet people. The rooms are normal, maybe you would expect something bigger for the premium price.

Gutes Hotel mit toller Ausstattung
Sehr gute Location (direkt beim Bahnhof) und gute Ausstattung des Hotels. Frühstück großzügig und umfassend. Ausblick und Pool auf der Rooftop Terasse natürlich top. Service war gut, könnte noch eine Spur besser sein in der Art und Weise der Kommunikation. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Unterkunft vorhanden. In ca. 25 Minuten (Gehzeit) ist man in der Altstadt von Stockholm. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl und ich werde sicher wieder kommen

Likes: Great location; hotel friendly and helpful; excellent breakfast choices; room was spacious and clean. Had an issue with the room and staff immediately was responsive. Apologized for the inconvenience and gave us two 75 Krona discount coupons to use at the hotel restaurant. Dislikes: One reason for selecting the hotel was ot had a pool. Upon check-in, we were advised there was a charge for using the pool i.e. $40 per day on the weekend and $20 per day during the week. This was not mentioned in the Expedia listing. As a result and high cost, we didn't use the pool. The shower in the room is very difficult to get in and out of. Consequently would not recommend the room for handicapped and/or elderly as there is the likelihood of slipping or falling. Overall the hotel is a good one.

Lower floors seems not renovated and rooms are little bit shabby. SPA and roof pool on 8th floor are fantastic as well as breakfast.

Perfect location, close to central train station and bus terminal. Buses, metro and tram nearby. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and very good breakfast.

Convenient location to central station and shopping and restaurant area (Drottninggatan). Still too busy elevator during dinner and breakfast time. There are parkings at basement floor, but please be cautious that they are operated by city parking, not by hotel.

Convenient location to Arlanda express platform at central station. Close to drottninggatan (shopping and restaurant area). Staffs are friendly but sometimes too busy. Facilities are clean and neat. Elevators are too busy in check in check out time and durin peak hours for breakfast. You need to prepare to use stairways during those hours. They have a good restaurant at lobby floor.
