« It was a comfortable, cozy and clean. All amenities provided were good except for hair dryer which was not part of it. It will be good if this is provided. As for the contact point, Sofia who I was in touch with prior to departure to Geneva was very supportive and helpful also June who was my contact point during and after check in. Thanks to them. « If all you're looking for is a place to rest your head, this is a wonderfully inexpensive option. It's close to several bus lines. Bed was comfortable, shower water pressure was good. I didn't use the kitchen. There's a little balcony that's nice to enjoy a coffee or a nightcap. I would have liked a couch/chair and a dresser. There's a small desk and a closet, but nowhere but the floor to put your suitcase or to unpack clothing. »
