« Proximity to the train station is quite nice and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel because the room itself was not well maintained. There was black mould growing in the shower because it wasn’t properly sealed. I also couldn’t find a pillow that was very comfortable. « Hôtel tout à fait correct situé près de la gare, dans un quartier calme avec un bon pub et un bon café à proximité. J'ai pu visiter la ville à pied sans problème. Seul bémol : l'oreiller pas terrible, car tout plat. »

« Well planned apartment with everything that was needed for cooking and laundry. Well situated close to the town and cathedral. Parking was an issue as Norwich has hardly any available on the street so the cost is substantial. »

« Room was clean and neat Unfortunately I didn’t check previous reviews and didn’t realise the room was above a nightclub. So after 11 pm was very noisy. (And you could feel the base of the music through the floor). . This hotel is really only suited to young clubbers. It’s right in the main road, in the nightclub strip so very rowdy with cars zooming, backfiring and a lot if youngsters screaming and shouting. »

« Le lieu est absolument magnifique, la propriété, le parc, les arbres. En revanche les lieux de restauration ont clairement besoin d'un manager. Malgré le nombre conséquent de personnel, le petit déjeuner n'était pas régulièrement fourni. Les employés sont cachés à droite à gauche, occupés à plier des serviettes en discutant ou en consommant des bouteilles cachées dans les placards... Un soir nous avons attendu 1h notre commande de repas alors que nous étions avec 2 enfants. C'est vraiment...
