Front stoop was 20" off the ground (not sure this is 'code'); needing some finishing work to look like a property for living in v. rented out; it is a "Great Harvest" redo (Home Depot); your notes should indicate that the hightway noise is prominent when outside; and, the patio roof is rotted out from leaking. However, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was serviceable. »

« Jeff was a great host about communicating the whole time, when I booked the trip and was great with communication on everything. Checking in was easy, the area is a nice neighborhood that is close to grocery stores and coffee places. The home has no carpet, which we enjoyed having 2 dogs, that we were allowed to have with us during our stay and the nice fenced in back yard was convenient for them and waste bags are provided in the back yard.
