« The cabins need a deep cleaning to start with. It seems as they only change sheets and take out trash. The dust could affect anyone’s allergies and asthma. Very cozy but not very clean for what they charge, they should improve their quality. »

« The best cozy little cabin that's conveniently near town for any quick trip you may need to take. Also has all the basic necessities! We were even surprised how much is packed in this cabin without feeling squished. There's still plenty of space! Host is also great to work with in severe weather conditions & so nice! « What a wonderful cabin! It had everything my husband and I needed. The kitchen and living room area were spacious, the wi-fi connection was strong, and it was such a plus to have a whirlpool tub and a hotub! We also saw deer nearby! Great experience! »

« The host was super attentive. The house itself is a little off the beaten path, which was exactly what we were looking for. There's an outdoor firepit, and indoor wood burning stove with firewood available for use. The beds are comfortable, and TVs in each room. If I go back to the Ruidoso area again, I will definitely try to stay here again. »

« I loved the forest access. It was a huge bonus for me. I also loved how close it was to all the other hiking areas and cloudcroft/Alamagordo. Another bonus is hpw dark it gets at night and how little light pollution there is whoch allows to see stars.
