Boutique-Hotels Südwest-Ontario

„Lack of adequate accessible parking. No access to elevator at back of hotel. Disabled and frail guests have to walk the entire length of the hotel at night to get to an elevator. I was concerned for my safety in the parking lot at night. Management has not returned my phone calls which suggests lack of concern for service complaints.“

„Alles prima. Zimmer sauber, sehr freundlich Personal, genug Parkplätze. Viele Möglichkeiten um zu Fuß Restaurants zu erreichen. Sehr gerne wieder!“

„The vintage feel of the property would be the highlight staying here. The location is good - walking easy to the main downtown and to the Avon theatre. The room was basic but comfortable and included robes and a coffee station. And the restaurant is an added bonus as it serves delicious options in an authentic atmosphere.“

„Had a great stay. Highly recommended.“

„Excellent b&b. Enjoyed hot tub, breakfast, and hosts.“

„Great location in the heart of Stratford. Good sized room for 2 travelers. Room is updated and comfortable. Walls are very thin and can hear guests in adjoining rooms. The air conditioning is very loud and can sound like a vacuum off and on throughout the night.“

„Had a great time. The place was situated close enough for us to enjoy the Stratford festival, it had everything we needed including an amazing restaurant with delicious menu.“

„This place was more than we expected. We got more than we needed for our stay and cheaper than the price we were quoted at Holiday Inn Express“

„Perfect location, helpful staff“

„The motel was under renovations, but the owner was kind to let us look at two rooms available, and allowed us to select the one best suited for our needs. The room was spacious, and the bed was cozy and comfy. The owner, that greeted us, was gracious and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.“

„Großartiges Hotel. Leider waren wir als Familie nur eine Nacht vor Ort.“

„I was there for 3 nights, the rooms are big and the bed is confy. I enjoyed my stay, just the check out was not that good. Reception opens at 08:00am and i left at 06:00, so i had no idea where i should leave the room key - no information or drop box. Anyway, if i will go to stratford for a second time, i will choose bentley‘s again!“

„Schönes Hotel mit Anlagen. Zimmer klein mit große Dusche. Sehr freundliches Personal.“

„We had a lovely big room. Two Queen beds. The staff was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.“

„Love this place and Logan was just a text/call away. They are open for feedback, as they are new owners. This room was perfect for our overnight stay but I'd stay longer. I will be back!“

„Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer (130) welches das große Fenster direkt zur Straße mit den Geschäften und Restaurants hatte. Alle Fußgänger flanieren somit 10cm an unserem Fenster vorbei. Somit müssten die Vorhänge immer geschlossen bleiben. Da“
