« Perfect place to stay for 2 guests max, kitchen and living are nice. Footsteps along with dog can be heard from downstairs, but not bad. We didn’t have any communication with the host about check out instructions. I sent a message Saturday asking for instructions but didn’t receive a response, so we did what we thought needed to be done. Overall we enjoyed our experience, and would say here again. »

« We loved the space. View of downtown from the deck and view of mountains from the rooftop. Full kitchen, comfy beds, heated toilet seats and laundry. Walkable to several restaurants, etc. Would stay again! »

« Très bien situé cependant le tapis est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d’être renouvelé. Les meubles , tables et chaises devront être changé. Les divans dans le salon sentait la cigarette. Il y a un grand manque des accessoires de cuisine, et serviettes. La cuisine et salle de bain sont fraîchement rénové et l’emplacement est bien situé. Je ne reprendrais pas cet établissement. »

« Great spot in downtown Denver. Easy walk to Coors Field and lots of great restaurants. We used this as our home base for our trip to CO and traveled to Boulder, Colorado Springs, Breckenridge, all a little over an hour drive. Building staff were very helpful. Hunter made things very easy and was a pleasure to communicate with. This place has a lot of little extras you don't always get such as extra phone chargers, little toothpastes, and a few kitchen supplies. We did cook and found everything...

« Great communication and the house was spotless! Truly impressive level of cleanliness. The house is exactly as described and the pictures and sleeping set up is spot on. The shuffleboard table and outdoor spaces kept us busy. The parking lot (customer pay) is very convenient and a lot of scooters are available on the street. Great stay! »

« This place was as fantastic as the pictures show. Everything was clean and in working order. We had a concert to go to at the Bellco theater and it was perfectly located for a short walk. I would certainly stay here again. »
