„Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). The property manager was excellent and handled everything perfectly.On a "needs improvement side" there are several things. „The property was so thoughtfully outfitted that there wasn’t a thing we needed they didn’t have. We really enjoyed the tennis courts and park, and the multilevel layout was so perfect for our extended families’s privacy. The host was very responsive and we couldn’t be happier.“

„Father/son trip to see an Avalanche game. Perfect location. Close to the arena and downtown. Condo was very clean. I appreciated the basics being included (TP, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, washer machine pods, even coffee!!!). Thank you for all that. In our travels those are often not included with VRBO type rentals. Beds were comfortable, and showers had great water pressure.We would definitely stay here again.“

„This small apartment has everything you need to live in the Denver area for a few days. It is quiet, well-maintained and secure. There are many places to enjoy a great meal in the DTC neighborhood, and it is close to Cherry Creek Park. We used the space as a base camp, to travel back and forth to visit family in east Aurora. „We arrived and the AC was broken. Took a shower and there were exactly 2 towels, one for each of us. Ended up asking for refund and received 25%. The host was nice and very apologetic, but I would not choose to stay in the property again. “
