Host provided thoughtful touches such as bottled water and snacks, which is always nice to have after a day of travel. „The washer dryer combo was a nightmare and needed instructions first use. After many attempts with the host we got it to work but did not dry the clothes at all and we had to take home wet clothes. The street noise was unbearable with sirens never ending seriously! The apart and rooftop were as stated and all very nice and clean. I would not stay again due to the heavy crime area and feeling unsafe. But the apartment itself was very nice“
