„Don't bother staying here. When I arrived, the place was dirty, with crumbs and dust, which in my opinion isn't acceptable. Worst of all, the bed sheets were dirty, with crumbs and hair in the bed. When I requested new bed sheets from the host, they told me they would send someone to give us new sheets, but they wouldn't arrive until over a day later.
