« Au niveau de l’hotel tout était proche de la perfection. Le secteur était par contre presque désert. Plusieurs commerces ont fermé leur porte voyant le peu d’affluence. Beaucoup de construction de nouveaux quartiers complets dans Ha Long. Dans quelques années cette ville sera méconnaissable »

« The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. D’autres hôtels 5 etoiles auraient offert un surclassement ou un geste commercial comme offrir une bonne bouteille ou un repas mais ce ne fut pas le cas hélas. »

« The room is very good but just avoid the restaurant. The menu is big and interesting on the paper but sea foods were out of stock... the service in the restaurant is low level. We ordered one soup but got 2, we had to ask severyl times to get a glass of water. So I recommend to book this hotel for the room and the casino if you like, but not more. »
