Gut: Sauberkeit
The property is nice and has nice amenities. The room is spacious and comfortable. To me it was only 3 starts because of the lack of sound proofing. I had a single room on the lower level. The rooms above me appeared to be suites with multiple guests. The doors were constantly open and shut and there is no slow closing mechanism on these doors (my own room included) which makes a very loud sound every time someone closes the doors - any door. These people were up coming in and out until almost midnight and left their room bright and early at 5am.
The sound proofing between floors is also severely lacking. I heard every step as if it were a small bowling ball dropping on the floor (these were big guys- I think it was a construction crew)
On the plus side- the room is very dark at night with good black out curtains and temperature can be well regulated
