Communication was great and the team were flexible with check in and out...The host has thought of pretty much everything to make the stay feel special with a splash of luxury. Hard to fault ...and if i struggle to provide any feedback it would be some addotional coffee tables/foot stools and maybe some salt and pepper. This was a special get together for us and it was perfect. »

« The thing I loved most about this rental was it was pet friendly.I’m 100% sure we left the place tidier than people with kids. I wish more properties would consider pets or that we could be identified as tidy pet owners to open up other properties that may otherwise not be pet friendly »

« Great stay, the house is stunning, beautifully appointed with everything you could need. We loved the heated pool, patio and beautiful open plan living and kitchen. The beds were really comfortable with lovely linen bedding. The house is right next to the beach and perfectly located for trips up and down the Sunshine Coast. Charity and Emma were super friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Palm Oasis and would definitely stay again. »

« First of all they gave us the wrong number for the lock box. But even standing at the front door the standard of the property was revealing its self to us. The out door area in the pictures looked fresh and clean. The space when we arrived was littered with garden waste and foliage . The timber seat was rotten. Once inside the smell hit us coming from the back bedroom it was a body odour smell very smelly and dark and dingy. We did not feel comfortable staying at all. So we contacted the host...

« We have just stayed here and actually really loved it until we were told our dogs damaged a couch when they absolutely did not!! Our dogs were outside the whole weekend except for a short time inside and sitting on the floor with us there the whole time. The manager did not listen to us. We have 5 star rating and leave places cleaner than we find them...I am not impressed with this dishonest treatment!!!!! »
