This house was perfect for our group. Multiple families with lots of kiddos traveling to the big lake for Grandmas Marathon. We had plenty of space for everyone and never felt crowded. We would definitely look into staying here again.

Terrific place for a stay with another family. Terrific selection of amenities, games and space to enjoy family time together. Pool was a delightful temperature and a hit with the kids. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for meals for the big group. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful property and great amenities for a family vacation. We had age ranges from 4 - 74. This is definitely a party house and convenient to Duluth and North Shore destinations. The basement level was totally fun for the young kids! Access to laundry was a big plus. Our family would really have appreciated safety bars in all baths and stairway railings as well as some lighting improvements. We have two family members who use canes so these items would definitely have tweaked our rating to a 5, The host had excellent communication and follow-up. Thank you, Brian!

Our extended family of 17 loved our stay and had plenty to entertain us inside the house! Theater, game room, pool and sauna were a big hit with the 8 grandkids. And we loved taking short winter walks through Billings Park and down the steps to the river trail.

What a gem of a property! The views are incredible, the home is definitely one of a kind. We had age ranges of 2-82 and everyone enjoyed their stay. There was something for everyone. We are a food family so we naturally gather around the kitchen and it was very accommodating. We’re already planning to stay next year. Our family is large so it’s hard to get everyone together around the holidays so this is our once a year get together. It was perfect! Thank you!

This was a wonderful setting for grandparents to gather with kids and grandkids. We loved the pool, game room, outdoor setting, and gathering around the kitchen and table for meals and memories. Awesome place for a large family gathering!

My entire family (parents, s, spouses and kids) stay. We had a great time! It’s a beautiful house. We enjoyed kayaking, corn hole, ping pong tournaments and swimming! Can’t wait to go back. We even got to see the resident black bears! Perfect family vacation!! Thank you!

This place is amazing! It worked perfect for our family trip to see Bentleyville. We had 9 adults and 3 kids ranging in age from 6 months to 75 years old. Other than seeing Bentleyville, we stayed at the house and enjoyed all the amenities! Host was very responsive and checked in with us mid-stay to make sure we had everything we needed! If you are on the fence about this place, splurge and book it! You won’t be disappointed.

Ski Weekend - 3 Families

3 Friends from college, our husbands and 8 teenagers had a blast at this property. Skied Spirit Mountain for two days then enjoyed allthat this property had to offer - pool, sauna, movie area, game room etc. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have a wonderful time.

Great Family Fun!

We had family and friends for our daughter’s wedding and it was just perfect. The gathering spaces are great for large groups but still makes you feel at home. The views are beautiful. Lots of fun stuff for all ages to enjoy!
