First Time Being Nauti — Score!
Our first visit to Holden beach, first beach house in general as a young family with 2 young kids (including a toddler). The amenities (little things at your house you wouldn’t expect at a rental property) at Nauti1 really helped make our vacation great. Regarding kiddos, we brought a baby gate to block off the steps and moved their decor up away from little hands but other than that it was very conducive to our little one. Our 6 year old loved the back yard area for more fun playing in the sand. Lots of fun games outback for any age. We did use the outdoor shower a lot and it was great, but bring some shampoo/body wash to leave down there just in case. They may have some there but may not as well. The beds were comfortable, sheets were nice and comfortable (we brought our own pillows though) and the house stayed cool (we keep our home around 69 during the day and at Nauti1 keeping it at 72/73 during the day and 70/71 at night was comfortable. It felt cooler than we expected. They do have items to take to the beach but I would strongly recommend you bring your own chairs. Their chairs are fine in a pinch but due to aging that occurs close to the beach, they were rusting on the metal. The owner shared this with us beforehand as well so was very upfront. Overall we had a great time and would gladly stay here again with future trips to this area. We loved the close access to the beach, as well as short distance to food, playground, and splash pad. Highly recommend!!!
