„It was really quiet and comforting. Liked having a pub to walk right down the stairs to. Only thing that we didn’t like was parking availability. My husband has a hard time walking. There’s no handicap parking available for guests. But we liked so well it would not cause us to stay somewhere else when we come to town again. “

„Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords.“

„Our family had a fantastic stay at this condo! The communication with the host was great; we enjoyed the very comfy beds and excellent linens. We’ve never stayed in a better stocked kitchen with every cooking dish or utensil needed. The view was spectacular and we had lots of fun in the pools and at the beach. „This condo's location was excellent...a semi-oceanfront unit with a large space for 4 adults. The beds were comfy and the condo met all our needs. Because the beach at The Point is incredibly wide, the haul from the condo to the water's edge (we tried both beach accesses) took 8 minutes so be sure to pack what you need for your day on the beach. Love that it's not crowded whatsoever!“

„The condo was cozy, comfortable, and just what we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The space was clean and well-kept, and communication with the host was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. One small thing to keep in mind: beach towels were not provided.
