„We loved our stay here at the Riggins!! The location is fabulous, you are separate from the pier area so you don't have that kind of traffic but you are close enough to be there if you want to. We loved being on the third floor for many reasons but mostly because when we were out on the porch we had the best views of the ocean and sunrise. The beds were comfy and the space in the condo is set up well so that you have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. “

„CONDO WAS AS LISTED. THE KITCHEN DID NOT HAVE STORAGE CONTAINERS FOR CUT UP VEGETABLES, FRUIT, LEFTOVERS. THERE ARE NO BIG BOWLS FOR SALAD, POPCORN, ETC. COULD USE A COUPLE MORE COFFEE CUPS. THERE IS NO VOLUME CONTROL ON TV IN BEDROOM. NEEDS A LOT MORE LIGHTING IN DINING AREA, LIVING ROOM FOR AFTER THE SUN GOES DOWN. WE THROUGHLY ENJOYED OUT STAY! LOCATION WAS GREAT!“

„This condo was great! Being on the first floor made access easy. The inside was homey, updated and clean. Would definitely stay again!“

„This was not a great experience. When we got there the place had not been cleaned. There was trash in the kitchen and hallway bathroom. I had to wash the main bedroom sheets and make the bed before I could sleep. After traveling 7 hours, this was disappointing. When i tried to reach out to the owners i got no response. Also, finding the entrance was difficult. There needs to be a better explanation about where the place is located with the building. It was very hard to find the first time.“

„Wish it had white sheets and the room seemed a little dirty. Amazing area sooo close to the beach in a non crowded spot. Convince store near by and a few restaurants within a 10 minute walk. A long walk to the pier but a short uber to get there. Pool was also a nice area to hang out at night.“
