It was so so clean! From the floors, bathrooms, and the beds, everything was top of the line. The employees were also very kind ! Will be staying here again! »

« I was barefoot in the kitchen, my feet stuck to the floor. Put socks on and the bottoms were black! So not happy with our rooms floor condition! »

« We arrived late so we didn't notice the cleanliness of the room until the next morning. At which point when I went to shower I decided against it because the shower had not been cleaned. There was a rubber band on the bathroom floor, hair everywhere. Needless to say very minimal cleaning was done to that room. « STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« The Perfect, Stress-Free Base for a Gulf Coast Getaway!My recent stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I will definitely be back. The location is perfect—tucked right by the Tanger Outlets for easy shopping and just a quick, straightforward 20-minute drive down to the Gulf Shores beaches. It was so nice to enjoy the coast during the day and retreat to a much quieter, more budget-friendly spot at night.The room was incredibly spacious and felt more like a mini-apartment than a standard hotel...

The only complaint we have is there was people that were also staying at the hotel seemed to have invited ALOT of people who were not hotel guests and basically overtook the outside patio with their visitors.
