A fantastic hidden gem located just outside the park.

This spot was perfect for two couples, offering what felt like two private suites designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxation. The outdoors were truly stunning—situated right on the stream with a wonderful hot tub set along the banks, creating an idyllic setting. The host was exceptional, arguably the best I’ve ever had. They were attentive, accommodating, and always just a message away, making sure we felt completely taken care of. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job. I can’t wait to return!

Creekside cabin

Absolutely loved the creek running by the property. A view of the mountains from the porch. Nearby hiking trails. Close to Sylva! Great location! Only way it could be better is to be more secluded !

Amazing amenities, location, and service!

We stayed at this property for four nights in January and we could not be happier. The host was very kind and responded quickly to all of our questions. The house is very well maintained with more than enough amenities and products for everyone. Very close to great hikes (even just a walk away!) and the creek in the backyard is a huge plus. Loved the hot tub too!

Relaxing cabin in the mountains

Two lane road to cabin. Great parking and very clean. Lots of things to do on the property to relax. Not far from Bryson City. Will definitely come back!

My spouse and I love this area of our great state! We’ve been to the Sylva area many times and normally stay in a hotel by the river but decided to try a cabin this time. We were not disappointed! Mary is a great host!! We enjoyed our entire stay and would definitely stay in this cozy cabin again!!

Beautiful Cabin

My wife and I had an enjoyable stay. Cabin was incredible. Clean, modern, and conveniently located to town. Hot tub next to the rushing creek was amazing. Owner was great to work with, great communication and a lot of helpful information about the area. Pinnacle Peak park being just up the street was a bonus. Highly recommended.

Weekend Away

This cabin is beautifully placed. The creek rushing by is a beautiful sound to relax to, especially for this beach girl. Cabin was very clean and a stocked kitchen with supplies. The downstairs for us was the best. Beds are very comfortable. The host was very helpful, and quick to respond to my any questions. Close to town for shopping and food, Maggie Valley only about a 20 minute drive. We enjoyed every bit of our weekend there. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you!!!

Wonderful stay!

We only rented this place for 2 nights, but I wish we would've stayed longer! The property is absolutely beautiful and the sound of the creek rushing by is very relaxing. You can hear the creek as soon as you open the door! There's also hiking trails just a short walk up the hill from the house which is very convenient. The inside was very nice as well, extremely clean and well taken care of. I do recommend bringing some wood to heat up the main top level of the house if staying during the cold months. This place and location was amazing. I'll definitely be back again!

Great getaway

Husbamd and I usaully go to the mountains each yr for our anniversary, different spot each yr. This is a Beautiful and peaceful cabin on the creek! Clean and owner was super sweet checking in and giving tips/suggestions. Not far from the towns and shops. Hot tub was a bonus, wasnt sure about it being seperate from the house, but being out under the moon amd stars was perfect. The beds were comfortable as well. Would definitely recommend and try to come back.

Great place! Easy drive to the restaurants and bars in downtown Sylva. Cabin is right by a creek and was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend for your trip to Sylva!

5 Star Property

Everything about this place is perfect. It is just close enough to both conveniences and the sights. The cabin is beautifully maintained and appointed. I haven't even gotten to the best part, the property. The section of the stream out back is a series of cascades. It makes for a great night in the hot tub. Paved road allowed for easy access in all weather.

Family Girls Trip

The cabin is even better than the listing. It has a very luxurious feel especially the lower level. The host went above and beyond in providing little extras not typically included in a stay. I would highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

My husband and I ran off to the mountains for our anniversary and this was the perfect place to escape to. The town is lovely, but this property was the best part of our stay. Relaxing in the hot tub with the sounds of the creek nearby, surrounded by lush greenery, was heavenly. We kept the back doors open most of the time we were home so we could listen to the creek. We had everything we needed for our stay. I hope to come back when it is cooler and take advantage of the firepit and wood stove. We will definitely be back whether in cooler weather or again in the summer. Mary was a gracious host and always friendly and helpful. She was super prompt to help us get back in when we locked ourselves out. 10/10 would recommend, except I want to keep this jewel for myself!

Perfect little cabin!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The setup of the cabin is so nice and perfect for families. We so enjoyed every minute of our stay and wish we could stay longer! Beautiful Getaway

I stayed here with my mom for a short girls' getaway, and this house was perfect for us. The house is located on a quiet street alongside a peaceful creek, which is what we were looking for. The house was absolutely beautiful and seemed to be new or newly renovated. The decor was cozy and the house was stocked with everything we needed, including the kitchen. My mom and I spent a lot of time on the porch swing or in the hot tub. The beds were super comfortable too, with the softest sheets. We had only a few small comments that we brought to Mary's attention, but those "concerns" would not keep us from coming back in the future. Overall, the experience was great, and Mary had excellent communication. She sent us the check-in instructions well in advance and continued to keep us in the loop during our stay.

Awesome, secluded cabin, in a great location with stellar amenities!

Traveled here with 2 teenage boys and husband and wife. The cabin is amazing! The hot tub right by the creek is phenomenal! We had a excellent time there. The location is great and secluded. There is a firepit, which we used nightly, as well as a hot tub right by a rushing creek. Can't say enough good things about our experience.

New Property Does Not Dissapoint

I believe we were the 2nd booking for this property. We were a little apprehensive about it because we typically only book with well reviewed properties as we've had some bad experiences in the past. I also had concerns about privacy. Our concerns were NOT warranted! From booking to check-out, Mary was on the ball. Everything we needed to know was provided in a timely manner and communication throughout our 2 day stay was prompt. The property is located at the end of a street that ends in the parking lot of Pinnacle Park. Although there are many houses in the area, the way it is situated provides plenty of privacy. The creek that runs along the back side of the property is more of a waterfall and set the tone for a relaxing soak in the hot tub and by the fire. The house appears to be brand new. If its a renovation, then it's one of the best I have ever seen. Having been in real estate/property management most of my life, I could find no fault in the quality of the work. There were a couple of VERY minor issues that I pointed out to Mary and I have all the confidence in the world that she will address them. These issues I would chalk up to "new house" punch list type things. It was just my wife and I for a 2 night getaway. We wanted to be close enough to town for access to restaurants, etc but not in the hustle and bustle. The property is well suited for a couple or small family. The weather was just a bit too warm to fire up the pot belly stove/fireplace. The fireplace would be my only warning to potential renters, especially if you have small children. It's an old school cast iron fireplace. Little hands could easily be burned. That said, it should not be a problem for adults or children old enough to know better. I wish Mary and her husband all the luck in the world as they set off as new property owners. They are certainly heading in the right direction!
