"Das es in der Bronx liegt steht ja schon im Namen des Hotels. Direkt gegenüber von einem Krankenhaus, was sehr oft ankommende und ab fahrende Krankenwagen mit sich bringt. Die müssen sich halt wegen rücksichtsloser Auto Fahrer bemerk bar machen. Bei geschlossen Fenster haben die aber weniger gestört. Frühstück halt Amerikanisch, wenig Auswahl aber immer reichlich vorhanden. Was wir nicht verstanden haben, wie das mit dem Zimmerservice abläuft, wurde erst nach Nachfragen gemacht. Aber dann war der OK. In der direkten Nachbarschaft halt viele "Schwarze", nicht böse gemeint, aber alle freundlich und nett. Haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. "

"The lady at the reception wanted to charge us an additional fee of 50% for an EARLY check-out. Not a LATE check-out, but an EARLY one. I have never seen a hotel like this in my entire life. In the end, her friendly colleague pointed out to her that such a policy makes absolutely no sense."

"Our stay at this hotel was truly a disappointment. From the moment we entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority — there were stains on the furniture and floors, and finding someone else’s hair in the bathroom was simply disgusting. The windows were poorly sealed, allowing freezing cold air to rush in, and the AC unit was so loud that it was impossible to get a decent night's sleep. To make matters worse, the constant noise from the nearby streets made us feel like we were sleeping outside. The worst part was that the constant drafts made my children sick, turning what was supposed to be a relaxing night into a stressful and worrying experience. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. It was truly upsetting."
