« Absolutely loved my stay! The only thing I was thrown off about was an extra fifty eight dollar charge when checking in and a separate deposit charge of two hundred and fifty. Currently still awaiting my money back on that. »

« Good place , convenient , it is not a full service hotel but the room we had was clean, comfortable and quiet and it is close to many shops and main street , not centered or beach but half way of both »
« Very close to fort derussy beach and the Waikiki too not a luxury hotel but if you want a kitchen and donc want to spend money at restaurants everyday its good place »

« The one star rating for communication is for the reservation foul up which was not the fault of the Ala Moana staff, they were amazing!
Unfortunately, not booking through the hotel directly caused so much unneeded stress. I paid a lot of money before arriving and once at the hotel they had no reservation for me so I had to pay for another room through the hotel directly. I was fortunate the hotel wasn't fully booked.

« The location of the property is very good. However, there were a few problems with the unit: 1) It is located on the second floor overlooking Ala Moana Boulevard, which is a very busy street during the day and into the night. In addition, it is on a low floor looking out over the parking lot. 2) The description said there was a private lanai. This is not true.
