An arm and a leg for the worst service I've ever had. Missing fixtures, piss poor amenities, the app stopped working about halfway through my stay and I couldn't view messages when I needed to, and whoever cleaned after the enormous Great Dane that was staying there before my cats, didn't do their job. And my cat let me know about it. We called for maintenance multiple times, the few times that they showed up they took pictures and didn't come back. The last tenants had damaged the garage door and, while that was replaced during my stay finally, it wasn't done right the first time. There was no paper in the fax machine, a broken fridge door, nails sticking up on the door frame in almost every door. Communication between the owners and customer service in the app is not great either, expect delays. Later on, I found out that the people who own the property also communicate with the owners of the coworking place where I was having issues, so that may have colored my treatment here...
