No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside the property — this includes 420. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, per city ordinance. Noise complaints will result in immediate action. You will be asked to leave without a refund after the first warning.
