« Everything was clean and nicely organized »

« Pool was cold and the hot tub jets didn't work, ot was basically a bath tub. My stink was clogged and the handle broken on a drawer. They ran out of omelets and no plain oatmeal. The beds were very comfortable though. »

« Parking was great and the staff were awesome. The problem with Aloft hotels are that they look amazing with the vibrant colors when they're brand new, but they start to look dingy quickly because of those same patterns and the stains from use. Almost every aloft I say at I feel like they need to have a good upholstery clean on all of the furniture in the lobby. The lobbies are clean of items and trash, but the upholstery looks worn out and dirty. »

« Spoke to the manager and a staff member when we left...(both) did not seem concerned. The windows leak air, whistle and allow lots of road noise. The bathroom door in the king executive suite will lock by itself, do not close the door prior to bed or you will be locked out until maintenance shows up to unlock it for you. The shampoo was empty. However, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. »

« Was a nice quiet location. Centrally located and wasn’t too far from anything in town. Good communication throughout our stay. »

« This is a staffless row of suites across from the Pioneer Pocket hotel. You park right in front of your suite which includes a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The room was clean, featured extra toiletries, and was convenient to downtown dining. This is our new favorite in Lubbock and was very reasonably priced. »

« The bathtub was peeling and could have been cleaner, several of the lights in the room didn't work, but overall it was a nice stay. »

« Lovely hotel in a walkable area. The best breakfast buffet with clean eating area. Staff answered all questions politely and the lunch we purchased from front desk was good. »

« BEWARE!! No housekeeping on the weekend! Very specific rules even to get fresh towels!!!! For $225 a night, this is a scam. Very noisy, below and above the second floor. Fan in the bathroom ran 24/7. Refrigerator in room made noise 24/7. Property needs more attention for cleanliness and upkeep. No towels in the weight room & both treadmills are out of order! I will stay elsewhere next time for sure. »
