The only issue we had was it was comfortable in the downstairs and cold in the upstairs in the evening so we needed an extra blanket to sleep . The steps in/out of the house could foreseeably be an issue for someone who has knee or balance problems. The home was just right for us for a quick visit in town. “

The description was a little misleading, says 1 1/2 baths but the half bath was actually just an exposed toilet under the basement stairs; no walls or door for privacy. The night we stayed the forecast called for snow; a neighbor advised us of off street parking rules for plowing. I reached out to host for verification, and he confirmed.
