We had 6 adults and 6 kids stay here for a recent soccer tournament and everyone really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and all of the beds were in great shape. We had three cars and there was plenty of parking. The layout of the rooms gave every parent their own bedroom, and the kids all bunked together in one of the two bunk rooms. It was one of the best VRBO's we've rented in terms of kitchen equipment, allowing us to cook for ourselves which saved us a bundle of cash. We even hosted the entire team for an evening BBQ which was a raging success! Everything we needed was within short driving distance, and it was 20 minutes from the Sports Complex hosting the tournament. The property manager was kind and very responsive. We had a blast!

Soccer trip

Check in and check out we’re easy. Property had plenty of room. Blackstone was a great upgrade. Very convenient to everywhere.Property manager was on top of any needs we had. Great stay

Very spacious

Host was very communicative all throughout the process and made things super easy for us to check in and out. House was spacious and accommodating as we had a big group so plenty of activities to keep everyone occupied. Would definitely stay here again!

NYE family gathering

Great property, enjoyed the stay. Two issues: 1. No cable TV, only RUKU streaming service provided. This dampened the experience of not being able to view Live and Local TV programing...especially for the NYE count down. 2. No extra bedding, sheets and comforters provided. Also, would have liked more towels.

Excellent Tampa Property!

House was perfect with plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms. Conveniently located from TPA airport. House was clean and check in process was easy. Swimming pool and Blackstone grill were a bonus. If you have a big group this is a place to stay. Communication with property manager was always quick and easy. Will definitely stay here again . Thanks!

Family Fun!

My whole extended family stayed in this house for my sister’s wedding week. We had 5 families with all ranges of ages. We loved how many bathrooms there were! We never had to wait on anybody else. There were also plenty of bedrooms and 2 bedrooms that they kids could stay in. The kids loved all of the activities that were available. They enjoyed swimming in the pool, playing basketball, and playing ping pong. The management was quick to communicate when we had questions. We had a great time!

Great experience at Brandon house!

We stay at VRBO houses frequently, this was the best equipped rental yet. The owner was available and had done everything to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely use this property when staying in the Tampa Bay Area.

Renting this beautiful house was the best decision we've done. Its beautiful, clean,spacious, lots of bathrooms. Everything you need this house has. We felt like being home how clean and beautiful. Had families from different states come down for my son's wedding tbis weekend so getting this place was great we all got to spend lots of time together the children got to enjoy their cousins ❤️ i will recommend it to all my family and friends. And will rent it in the future thanks for the manager for answering or questions and making our stay fun a memorable.

PERFECT for our youth camp!!

We had such a good time in this house! it was the perfect amount of beds and kitchen and seating areas -we had our youth group there and they played all the games and they loved it! we enjoyed the griddle in the backyard and the living room was the perfect size for our Bible studies it was just awesome- we felt very secure with the gate and then the location was perfect

Friends getaway to Tampa and Siesta beach

We used this house for a friends group reunion. There was 15 of us and this house was more than large enough to accommodate us. Plenty of space and games to keep us occupied. The house was clean, has a swimming pool and a large back and front yard. We drove to Sarasota, over an hour drive, to one of the most beautiful beaches ( Siesta beach) in USA. The propert manager was quick to respond and was always available. We plan to come back again!

Nothing more than amazing❤️❤️

I stayed in this home with me and 16 other ppl. We are apart of a skate club and came down to Tampa for MLK weekend to attend a skate event. We had such an amazing stay. The house was roomy, clean and beautiful. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool because it was a bit cold but we were able to enjoy the basketball court, pool table and gym in the home. It had clean towels, sheets and was filled with most of your necessities. The only down fall is that the website listed the home like it had more beds then what there exactly was. On the website one room is listed as having 6 single bed and 3 bunk beds in one room but it’s really 3 bunk beds that equal 6 single twin beds. Overall a great stay, the owner was quick with responses and easy to get a hold of and we look forward to staying in this beautiful home again.

It was big enough for all our family

It was good , the only thing is that living room table was dirty and apparently they do not wash the gray blankets which is unsanitary.. as the cleaning lady told my sister… I mean it’s a big house but at some point you find hairs from before in bathroom when taking showers for the first time .. property management was awesome communicating … loved it here.

Perfect for a large group!

We came down with a group of 12 and could not have been happier with our time here. Space was large and very accommodating. Property manager was attentive and very easy to work with. Pool was the icing on top. If I ever need to bring a large group to the Tampa area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again.

First we want to thank the owners for extending their home and the hospitality they provided. This was a great property for my family of 20 . We needed a property to accomodate out of town family members for the weekend for a memorial service. It was the right home in the right area of town. The home had the best space for the children to run around and play and be safe with the complete closure of 6' foot gate around the property. The bedroom and bathroom spaces was ideal for our large family with plenty of extra space to move and sit around for the large gatherings without feeling cramped, inside and outside the home. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of activities to do ie foosball, pool table, games, basketball hoop, campfire. However, there were a few improvements to note: there definitely were not enough bath towels and wash clothes for my family and what was there was too small. Secondly, the pool was a big plus for our family but the water was extremely too cold for most members to enjoy, even on hot days. The neighborhood was good, however, the last night there was a neighbor that for whatever reason took issue with us and that wasn't okay, since we've booked for five nights costing over $4,000. Here are recommendations for a better stay, House keeping: 1) Bigger bath towels and wash cloths to acommodate large families (we had to purchase extra) 2) Heated Pool 3) Establish a report with neighbors for paying guest YES WE WOULD RENT AGAIN!
