„My sister and I have always wanted to visit Smith Island. This house was perfect! Well appointed, comfortable, great location and terrific host. The golf cart was such a huge bonus. We had amazing water tours, walked, relaxed, spotted more birds than we could count. Everyone on the island was beyond friendly. Just had a wonderful time which was amplified by the great accommodations! “

„Took my grandson for a weekend trip to Smith Island to celebrate his HS graduation. My daughter, also, accompanied us, since I am a 90 year old "Grammy", and need some assistance. Our cottage was clean, comfortable and had all of our needs. The host, Kim, was extremely attentive, and made our dinner the night we arrived so we could just relax. „Pictures and description don’t do the views enough justice. Having the Bay in front and the pond/inlet behind you allowed you access to whatever kind of water day you wanted. Neighbors were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We enjoyed the beach, kayaking out back, and the multitude of searing options/fire pits to enjoy the view. Would love to stay again!“

„John is an excellent host, very helpful and considerate. The cottage is well appointed, very clean and neat and is located on a little piece of paradise overlooking them a marsh on the edge of the Bay. "Um 17:00 war der Zugang zur Rezeption geschlossen, man musste das Check-In bei einem kleinen Fenster ausserhalb des Gebäudes machen. Das Deposit war $ 100 und wurde erst nach 8 Tagen wieder gutgeschrieben. Der angebotene Kaffee am morgen war nicht vor 09:00 verfügbar, was für uns zu spät war. Es hatte ein paar "spezielle Gäste" in diesem Hotel. Für eine Übernachtung war es gerade noch okay."
