„Very nice property. Worth mentioning Is that there is also a basement suite. Too bad the ones using it during our stay weren’t considerate. This was discussed with owner and tended to immediately. We appreciated that to the fullest extent and the owners help surpassed our expectations. Thank you again. There is a bit of thru traffic but other than that, no issues whatsoever. We enjoyed the property very much.“

„The suite was spacious and well equipped. Great kitchenette that we could prepare breakfast in the morning.Location was central and no issues accessing downtown area. We ran every morning on hiking trails Kidston Lake Beach and Macintosh Trails. All assessible from the house. Basement suite was fairly quiet and no issues with noise sleeping at night. House rules were clearly outlined and we had no issues respecting them.“

„Not a private stay - the basement had two entrances, one from the driveway as described and another one not pictured that leads into their house with no lock on the guests’ side. You can hear people’s conversations very easily. Host wanted to know specifically when I’d be arriving after I told them it was a late flight, and sent me a good morning message at 5:30am after I got in only a few hours earlier. Someone was watching from the window as we left as well. Felt very watched the whole time. ...

„The place was clean and private. Easy and close to many things. Host had excellent communication. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and appliances even though we didn't use it. They have a Keurig and k cups to use when we were there for you coffee drinkers.“
