„We were unsure if we had the entire property or not, as we read after booking that the flat underneath was occupied. We did not know if we were able to use the attached (empty) garage or not. The WiFi did not work at all (the Deco WiFi expanders were flashing red and not connected) there was no Sky TV, we eventually managed to find TVNZ+ on the TV and only two live TV channels. We did not know that there are multiple stairs/levels and stone floors which was difficult for an elderly guest. ...

„Wow the view was amazing. One of the best views in Taupo. The house was spacious and mostly pretty comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen need a refresh but kitchen was well stocked for a large family group. Plenty of parking for 4 cars. Fabulous outdoor area with lots of seating and comfirtable lounge area. We had a wonderful time. Thankyou.“

„Beautifully presented apartment, plent of space, and in a nice, private environment. It's not a long drive to Taupo town, so we could do things during the day and retreat away from the crowds in the evening. Lovely to have a spa at the ready, too! Enjoyed staying here, and would do so again.“

„Overall this is an amazing place to stay . It has almost everything you need to make holiday dreams come true. We went as an extended whanau on a mini vacation of 4 days and the place is situated in a great spot with amazing views of the lake and surrounds. The closeness to the lake meant we could walk our kayaks down (2 min walk) to the bay that is close to perfect to allow the grandkids to swim, kayak, paddle in complete safety and we spent the entire afternoon down there. „The position amazing. The house is an older home and great as a holiday Batch. The outside bedroom was stuffy and smelt as though it had been locked up for quite some time. The house and contents are showing wear. However we enjoyed the stay and the great position the home is in.“

„All in all it was a great property, we have stayed there before. Just a couple of things, the vacuum bag was extremely full and the vacuum stopped working, I looked everywhere for a replacement bag but could not find any, we have left the vacuum downstairs by the front door. Also the single bed in the downstairs bedroom was broken before we got there so we could not use it. With that said it is a great location for us and would stay there again.“

„Unfortunately only beds were made up for 6 even though 8 was booked in. Cobwebs everywhere and a lot of spiders. Front door would not lock. Main doors from living to outside locked and although we were told a locksmith would come and fix - never did. Oven broken so very hard to cook for 8. Let manager know but no communication from there. Great location and outside area but inside was a big let down. Last persons items left under beds so concerned about housekeeping. However the bedding sheets ...

„Wir hatten ein 3-Schlafzimmer-Appartement im 1. Stock, zwar nur mit teilweiser Seesicht aber die Unterkunft hat alle unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer mit angrenzender Terrasse ist riesig. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Eine eigene Waschmaschine/Tumbler ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Highlight war die riesige Badewanne auf der Terrasse. “
