Situated in an extremely convenient location; you will enjoy the ease of being under 5 minutes from waterfront dining (walking distance), grocery stores, gas stations, liquor stores, boat rentals, bait shops, local boutiques, fast food fair (Subway, Dunkin Donuts Dominoe's, McDonald's), and PLENTY of options for dining in or take-out including sushi, thai, italian, chineese, pizza, and MORE!

Our home is also very near to attractions such as the Florida Keys Wild Bird Center, Founder's Park, Theatre of the Sea, Islamorada Brewery, and the Key Lime Pie Factory. Nearby there is also a phone repair store (just incase!), as well as Mariner's Hospital, several banks, a Post Office, and the Sheriff's Office.

Grill at home after a day in the Florida sunshine and dine alfresco on our expansive balcony that overlooks the canal and our 50 foot dock...great for fishing or bring your boat/rent one from one of the many rental companies very nearby!

Enjoy the spending time together in our fully equipped eat-in chef's kitchen. This home provides the comfort of both a king bed and a queen bed, where guests can unwind in serenity. There's also a cozy office space with a twin bed.

Two large bathrooms feature spacious showers and there is a soaking tub in the master bath. The large master closet provides plenty of room to spread out and relax (although all you really need is a bathing suit and a toothbrush!). With plenty of parking and a fresh feel, this home is airy and comfortable, providing a soothing retreat after a day of exploring.

Perfect for boat lovers and small families who want to be close to it all, and still have some elbow room. A great place to call homebase while you're exploring the Keys!

*Note that this home is on the second floor and access does require the use of stairs. Outdoor space is shared with any guests in downstairs unit. Plentiful parking for this unit is to the left of the house. Stays over 10 days may require additional cleaning to be paid by guests.

Welcome to our keys paradise, a recently built duplex offering two individual units, each designed to accommodate your party size.

This property has a main house that sleeps 9 (photos are featured in this listing). PLUS there is an optional 1 bedroom/1 bath, fully equipped mother in law's suite on site that can be rented in combination with the home. The additional apartment space sleeps 2 additional people (bringing the total capacity to at least 11). The MIL suite has its own private entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room, large bathroom, work space, and laundry machine/dryer. It is very convenient for large groups that want to be together but would like some elbow room!

OPTIONS TO RENT YOUR WAY:
1. For parties of UP to 9 guests - enjoy the upper unit at the rate shown at checkout.

2. For larger groups (up to 11 guests total) ONLY - enjoy the full house, both the lower and upper unit for an additional price per day.

Important Booking Clarification
The quote shown at checkout reflects the upper unit only, which includes full access to the private patio, hot tub and dock. For your peace of mind, please note that we never rent the other unit to a different party during your stay. The property is always reserved for one group at a time, ensuring complete privacy and exclusive enjoyment of all outdoor amenities.

As is customary for vacation rentals, we provide a enough toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent to get your trip off to a comfortable start. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
